Mila Kunis 'threatened' by movie boss
Mila KunisMore PicsMila Kunis has admitted that she was once threatened by a movie boss for not posing for provocative photographs for a men's magazine.
The actress has revealed that when she refused to appear in an unnamed men's magazine to promote the 2008 movie 'Max Payne', one of the movie's bosses warned her over the phone that he could spoil her career if she didn't change her mind.
"My career was threatened over me not wanting to do the cover of a magazine by an executive. Oh, that's not even true. A person higher than an executive," Contactmusic quoted Kunis as telling the Esquire magazine.
"It was like, 'If you don't do this magazine, you'll never work in this company'. I went, 'Great.' It was the first time that I had someone on the phone tell me that I will never work in this industry again," she said.
"I said, 'I'm sorry, what did you say?' It wasn't Playboy, but it was a magazine I didn't want to do," she added.
The 'Black Swan' star, who was surprised by what happened, disclosed that she couldn't believe how she was treated.
"It's very simple. I just didn't want to do it. I said I would do that one and that one, just not this one. And this person couldn't accept no. In my twenty-nine years, I've never met someone who lied as much as this person did," the actress claimed.
"You know when little kids look at you with chocolate all over their face, and then you say, 'Why did you eat that chocolate?' And they say, 'I didn't eat chocolate,' and you say, 'But you have it on your face.' It was worse than that. There are good, honest people who work their asses off and don't reach nearly as much success as this person does,.
"People in this industry lie so much, they believe their lies. That's what I learned on that movie. I learned people are a******s and people lie. I think that was the turning point of my career. Where I said no!" the actress added.

LiLo drops assault charges against ex congressional aide
Lindsay Lohan has dropped the charges she levelled against a former congressional aide, whom she had accused of assaulting her at her Manhattan hotel room.
The 'Mean Girls' star accused 25-year-old Christian LaBella of choking and scratching her, after she confiscated his cell phone at Manhattan's W Hotel.
"I don't have any comment at this time. I'm thrilled the charges were dropped. That's all I got to say," the New York Daily News quoted him as telling TMZ.com.
Lohan had earlier said that LaBella latched on to her entourage during her crew's night out at trendy clubs Double Seven and 1Oak.
Once Lohan realized that he was taking and emailing photos of her without permission, police said she grabbed LaBella's cellphone to delete the offending pictures.
That's when, she said, LaBella got physical trying to get it back.
The assault charges, however, was dropped shortly afterwards when Lohan refused medical attention and didn't seem to be seriously hurt, law enforcement officials said.
